We only process personal data to the extent necessary to operate this website, provide our content and handle your enquiries. The legal basis is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated on a server in a data centre of STRATO GmbH in Germany. When you access the website, the server automatically processes data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after a short time unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.
4. Contact form and email
If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, optionally company and phone number, and your message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract, and your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Form data is sent to us by email. We delete it once your enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to info@fast-media.eu.
5. WhatsApp
Our website links to the option of writing to us via WhatsApp. No data is transmitted to WhatsApp when you load the page. Only when you click the link and write to us does WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. process your data under its own terms. Only use WhatsApp if you agree to this; alternatively you can reach us by email or phone.
